- *Re-installs for wrong addresses or wrong locations entered by agent will be charged as a new install. If agent moves post to right location and calls for us to reinstall, it will constitute as a new install charge. Re-install that was an issue with our team installing at a wrong location due to our error will be moved at no charge.*
- Portland Post Company takes pride in our service levels. Communication is essential to make sure you are informed of post installation and removals and timely completion with proof of both.
- Installation time varies between three (3) to six (6) business days.
- Prices are based on a six month lease period. Damaged or missing posts will incur a $80 fee.
- All orders are billed at receipt of job order. Existing clients in good standing are billed at job completion. Monthly consolidated billing for large teams available at request for existing or new clients.
- Until further notice we are no longer accepting personal or business checks.
- Place orders 24 hours/7 days a week via our NEW online ordering system.
- Free cleaning and storage of your real estate signs and riders.
